NAV Construction is licensed in the state of Missouri and believe that our clients should have peace of mind when hiring a contractor to work on their home. We can provide you with our license number and you can contact the Department of Consumer Affairs to make sure our license is valid and up to date if you'd like.
Yes, we provide a warranty of all aspects of a renovation, how long things are covered depends on what it is, but these things will be detailed and written out for you in our detailed project proposal and we will review with you to make sure you understand everything before any work begins.
Because of the size of our company and our expertise, NAV Construction it is not necessary to use subcontractors. Everyone that works on your project is a NAV employee and adheres to our high-end quality standards.
At NAV we work with local municipalities to ensure they are doing all proper building inspections to make sure all work is done to code. We also independently inspect our work every step of the way.
We know that outside of budget, the next most important factor is timeframe. Know that we move your build along as quickly as possible while juggling factors that can be out of our control, like weather, changes to the project, or delays in material shipments. But we promise to be as transparent as possible throughout the whole process.
This question is very difficult to answer as there are many factors in play. How complex the design is and the municipality in which you are building are two such factors. Some very wide-ranging answers would be: Design: 3-4 months, Permit: 2 months, Construction: 9-12 months.
